Our sitter photography sessions take place in our welcoming Exmouth studio, where we create a relaxed and comfortable environment for you and your little one.

When Is the Best Time to Book Sitter Photography?

Sitter photography sessions are typically enjoyed when your baby is around 6–9 months old, although every little one develops at their own pace.
The ideal time is when your baby can sit confidently and independently without support, but before they're constantly on the move.
At this stage, babies are often wonderfully expressive, curious and full of personality, making it a lovely time to capture their smiles, little expressions and growing independence.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
We recommend getting in touch a few weeks before your baby reaches the sitting stage, particularly if you have a preferred date in mind.
Our studio diary can fill quickly, so planning ahead gives you the best opportunity to secure a suitable appointment.
What If My Baby Isn't Sitting Independently Yet?
Please don't worry! Every baby develops at their own pace.
If your little one isn't quite ready, we'd be happy to discuss arranging your session for a later date, subject to availability.
Your baby's comfort and safety will always come first, and we'll ensure their photography experience is appropriate for their developmental stage.
