Lillian's Lens Photography — Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Effective from: 23 October 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all photography gift vouchers purchased directly from Lillian's Lens Photography, including those purchased through our website.

By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

1. Purchasing Gift Vouchers

1.1. Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £50, £100, £150, £200, £300 and £500.

1.2. Gift vouchers can be purchased securely through our website at www.lillianslensphotography.mom.

1.3. All gift vouchers are issued in pounds sterling (GBP).

1.4. Gift vouchers are monetary-value vouchers and do not guarantee a particular photography session, collection or appointment.

1.5. Payment must be successfully completed before a voucher is valid for redemption.

2. Digital Delivery

2.1. Gift vouchers are supplied digitally following successful payment.

2.2. The purchaser will receive a downloadable gift certificate and purchase confirmation.

2.3. The purchase confirmation contains an order reference which may be required to verify the voucher.

2.4. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide the gift recipient with the voucher and the necessary redemption reference.

2.5. If a voucher email or download link is lost, please contact us so we can verify the original purchase and arrange replacement access where possible.

3. Voucher Validity

3.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase, unless a longer period is stated on the voucher or required by law.

3.2. The expiry date will be calculated from the original purchase date.

3.3. Vouchers must be redeemed against a confirmed photography booking before their expiry date. The photography session itself may take place after that date, subject to availability and written agreement.

3.4. We recommend contacting us well in advance of expiry, particularly for maternity and newborn photography, where appointment availability and timing are important.

3.5. Requests to extend expired vouchers will be considered individually. Any expiry term will be applied fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Eligible Photography Experiences

4.1. Gift vouchers may be redeemed towards eligible photography experiences provided by Lillian's Lens Photography, including:

• Maternity photography

• Newborn photography

• Family photography

• Sitter and baby milestone photography

• Eligible first-birthday photography experiences

4.2. Gift vouchers are not valid towards wedding photography, wedding packages or wedding-related services unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

4.3. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

4.4. Gift vouchers may not be combined with promotional discounts or special offers unless the relevant promotion expressly permits this.

4.5. All photography experiences remain subject to availability, our booking terms and the advertised collection inclusions.

5. Redeeming Your Gift Voucher

5.1. To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient must contact Lillian's Lens Photography through our website and provide their voucher or purchase reference.

5.2. We may request reasonable additional information to verify the original purchase and prevent unauthorised redemption.

5.3. Following verification, the voucher value will be applied towards the agreed photography booking.

5.4. A voucher does not reserve a photography appointment until a date has been agreed and the applicable booking requirements have been completed.

5.5. Where the chosen photography collection costs more than the available voucher balance, the difference must be paid in accordance with the booking terms.

6. Partial Redemption and Remaining Balances

6.1. Gift vouchers may be used towards the cost of a photography collection, even where the voucher value is less than the total collection price.

6.2. If the amount redeemed is less than the available voucher balance, the unused amount will remain available for future eligible purchases until the applicable expiry date.

6.3. Any remaining balance will be recorded against the voucher reference.

6.4. Voucher balances cannot be exchanged for cash or paid directly to the recipient, except where required by law.

6.5. Multiple valid vouchers may be used towards the same photography booking, subject to verification.

7. Booking Deposits and Payments

7.1. Gift vouchers may be used towards the booking deposit or remaining balance of an eligible photography session.

7.2. If the available voucher value does not cover the required deposit or outstanding balance, the customer must pay the difference.

7.3. Once voucher credit has been applied to a confirmed booking, the relevant photography booking agreement and cancellation terms will also apply, subject to statutory consumer rights.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

8.1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable

8.2. Gift vouchers are not otherwise redeemable for cash

9. Lost, Stolen or Unauthorised Vouchers

9.1. Customers should keep their voucher references and purchase confirmations secure.

9.2. If a voucher is lost, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to verify the purchase and identify any remaining balance.

9.3. Where a voucher has been redeemed without authorisation, we will investigate the circumstances and respond in accordance with applicable law.

9.4. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend a voucher where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, duplication or unauthorised use while the matter is investigated.

10. Transfers and Gifting

10.1. Gift vouchers may be given to another person.

10.2. The recipient must provide the information reasonably necessary to verify and redeem the voucher.

10.3. Resale of gift vouchers for commercial purposes is not permitted without our prior written consent.

11. Photography Session Terms

11.1. All photography sessions are subject to the applicable session contract, availability, cancellation policy and collection terms.

11.2. Photography collection prices, inclusions and availability may change after a voucher has been purchased.

11.3. A monetary-value gift voucher retains its unredeemed face value throughout its valid period, but does not guarantee that future photography prices will remain unchanged.

11.4. If Lillian's Lens Photography cancels a confirmed session, we will deal with the booking and any voucher credit in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable consumer law.

Gift Voucher Information

Digital Delivery: Your photography gift voucher will be provided digitally following successful payment, ready to share or print.

Redemption: Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards eligible photography experiences at Lillian's Lens Photography. To arrange a session, please contact us with your voucher reference.

Booking: All photography sessions are subject to availability. If your chosen photography collection exceeds your voucher value, the remaining balance is payable in accordance with our booking terms.

Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to our full gift voucher terms and conditions.

Important: Your purchase confirmation contains the order reference required to verify your voucher. Please provide this reference to the recipient when gifting.

Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value.
